MLB Best Bets: Sat, 4/22
I really need to mow the grass!
Good morning, campers! We have a split slate today with plenty of games in the afternoon and evening. A lot of sites were slow to get player props up today, causing me to have to wait longer to write my weekend article for RotoBaller and pull together this newsletter, too.
Clicking on the link to my article at RB helps me out by driving traffic to the site and it’s where you can see a full justification for each of my top props today (also free and not paywalled there).
I’m going to take it kind of easy with bets today (I know I say that a lot and then still post a bunch, ha). Just a few game sides/totals today and a handful of props.
So not too much time to chat as that grass is growing faster than I can cut it! I just received a request for M + M pancakes from my two daughters, too, so stay tuned and I will let you know how those turn out.
Friday 4/21 Recap
3-star: 3-4, 2-star 2-3, 1-star 2-0, ML Parlay 1-1, HR 0-1
Total: 8-9, -.34 units
Might seem like a lot of work for nothing, but breaking even or coming close means we live to fight another day. The Rangers’ loss to Oakland was the one outcome I look to blame as it cost us the second ML parlay that would have pushed us into profit, even if they didn't cover the run line
