NBA Daily Dose: Friday, 3/10
The Sixers, some rematches, and can we ever trust the Lakers?
It’s a weird Friday with only six games on the slate. I took two sides this morning and wrote up my thoughts on the over in the Sixers game here at RotoBaller if you want to read it there, it will save me some time explaining my logic later on.
I’m off the Cavs and it’s probably a good thing as Darius Garland could sit out tonight. Cleveland has moved from -2 to +2 as a result and if we get word that he’s in, then they’re very much live dogs as they just beat Miami on Wednesday. But for now, I am staying away.
The Lakers have moved from favorites to underdogs, too, but I am sticking with them at home (for better or worse).
DFS is UGLY, but I feel like I have been saying that a lot lately. I have some thoughts on the slate and a lineup anyway because I simply won’t take a day off!

DraftKings DFS Sample Lineup
This is a very unconventional lineup, but hear me out. Collins and Okongwu are so cheap that you can pair them together and hopefully get 5x or better from both and maybe a ceiling game from one. Harden and Embiid together shows that I am bullish on the Sixers and trying to get at least one ceiling there, too.
The Nuggets guys all look good in projections, but that spread is massive and while I don’t predict blowouts, I know Denver will take their foot off the gas with starters when they get the chance, so I will roll with Reggie Jackson for my exposure there.
The WAS-ATL game is a good game for DFS and props, and I will have my Same Game Parlay there for you here in a bit.
