NBA Daily Dose: Wed 3/1
No "Maintenance Days" Here...
It’s Wednesday and while guys like Anthony Davis are taking the night off to rest, I’m certainly not going to take a day off from doing content for you guys when we have a solid slate of basketball games!
The Lakers will be facing the Thunder without Davis, LeBron, or D’Angelo Russell and OKC will be going to battle again without their best player, SGA, too.
LaMelo Ball is done for the year, so we have some Charlotte guys to consider for DFS, though they are 10-point underdogs against the Suns who are rolling out Kevin Durant for his Phoenix debut.
There are a lot of compelling story lines tonight and certainly some spots we can circle for straight bets, DFS, and player props. I’ll probably go hard tonight and then take tomorrow off as we have a much smaller slate (only four games) on Thursday.
DraftKings DFS Core Plays
Dario Saric ($3200)
Saric really pops for OKC now that Kenrich Williams is out. He’s a 1.0 FPPM guy and he dropped 34 DK points in 27 minutes last time out. He’s as skilled player who can do a little of everything and is my favorite punt today.
Malik Beasley ($4500)
Schroder and Vanderbilt will be uber chalky, too, but I think Beasley is the hardest one to fade as he’s going to firing up a ton of shots tonight in a good game environment.
Tari Eason ($4400)
I could have put another Laker or Thunder guy here but you already know you can plug in any number of those guys into stars and scrubs builds tonight. Eason is emerging in Houston (finally) and has 30+ DK points now in two straight games.
