NFL Week 3: 9/20
Sunday, Sunday, Sunday!
It’s Friday and that means the weekend is just a day (or maybe even just some HOURS depending on when you are reading this) away!
We roll into Week 3 knowing a bit more about these teams than we did before, but perhaps still not quite enough to really make any real definitive statements. Who’s good? I dunno..there are a handful of 2-0 teams, but some of them don’t seem all that good. And who’s bad? The same thing applies here, we can’t read TOO much into such a small sample size.
But we can just take some guesses anyway, based on the data we do have, and making some picks for the games on Sundays gives us yet another reason to watch.
Week Three’s Card is locked and loaded and ready to go. It’s a big one - probably our biggest yet. And while my original thinking was to be a bit conservative after Week 2 humbled us a bit, I threw that out the window and I am going with a big card instead.
I’m going to try to break the props down into specific bet types, but let’s get started first with our game lines and totals!
Spreads + Totals
This week’s featured free pick is Miami +4.5 at Seattle.
The Seahawks’ wins against Denver and New England don’t impress me much (call me Shania, I guess). Especially after watching New England get waxed by the Jets and the Broncos struggle terribly against the Steelers.
The Dolphins will have their backup QB Skylar Thompson in there, but let’s not forget they have incredible speed and playmaking from De’Von Achane and Tyreek Hill, too. McDaniel will have his team ready to go and I won’t be surprised if they go into Seattle and win outright.
Now for the rest of the picks…
